Playing shows with Billy Babjak's insanity driven guitars thundering around me is one of the great joys of my life! His stange antics are fearless and agressive, his guitar playing and sound; over the top - and the guy can write. What better collaborator could one ask for? Lorenz Cornelisen is the drummer pounding and kicking everything up a notch on this project. He knows when to finesse and when to thrash! All songs on this project are Amey/Babjak collaborations. Dreamland
This band was based in Redwood City, Ca. They had plentiful gigs, and incredible following, and many great songs. Best of all I got to make three great friends and play with some first rate musicians. John Buckle is and extraordinary singer, and incredible songwriter, and playes a mean strat. Lorenz Cornelisen takes everything up a notch when he pounds those beautiful drums, and I could always see people's jaws drop when Steve Kolokithas leaned off the stage ripping into that lead guitar of his. The band always drew a huge crowed, many of whom would travel as far as Las Vegas to see our shows! Many a gig I got home at sunrise for every show with this band turned into a great party.
